When you call to schedule an appointment, Dr. Dardeen will return your call within 1-2 business days to conduct a brief phone screening to help you determine if Suncrest Psychological Services is able to provide the best support and level of care for your particular needs. Dr. Dardeen will discuss her basic treatment philosophy and how that may be applied to your particular situation. In addition, Dr. Dardeen will discuss EAP coverage and/or insurance options which can include direct billing of in-network plans, providing a detailed statement for patient’s to seek reimbursement for out-of-network benefits and self-pay options. Interventions vary for different presentations. For example, sleep symptoms can typically improve in an average of 6 sessions, while difficulties such as anxiety or depression typically take 6 months to a year to see sustained improvement.
